デジタル商品について / Digital Products
当店では教育関連のデジタル商品を販売しております。デジタル商品の性質上、以下の返金ポリシーを適用いたします。
We sell educational digital products. Due to the nature of digital products, the following refund policy applies:
返金対象 / Refund Eligibility
- 商品に技術的な問題がある場合（ファイルが破損している、ダウンロードできない等）
- 商品説明と著しく異なる内容の場合
- Technical issues with the product (corrupted files, unable to download, etc.)
- Content significantly different from product description
返金期間 / Refund Period
購入から48時間以内にご連絡いただいた場合のみ返金を承ります。デジタル商品は購入と同時にアクセス可能となるため、この期間を設定しております。
Refunds are only available within 48 hours of purchase. This timeframe is set because digital products are immediately accessible upon purchase.
返金対象外 / Non-Refundable Items
- 既にダウンロードまたはアクセスされた商品（技術的問題を除く）
- カスタマイズされた商品
- セール商品（50%以上の割引商品）
- Products already downloaded or accessed (except for technical issues)
- Customized products
- Sale items (products with 50% or more discount)
返金手続き / Refund Process

返金処理時間 / Refund Processing Time
承認された返金は、お客様の決済方法に応じて3-10営業日で処理されます。
Approved refunds will be processed within 3-10 business days depending on your payment method.
